This Privacy Policy explains what information the App may access, how it is used, and the controls available to parents. By downloading or using FunPhone, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy

FunPhone is built with children's safety as a first priority. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable child-privacy laws. The App does not knowingly collect, store, or share personal information from children. All learning content (Alphabets, Numbers, Shapes, Colors) is delivered locally on the device and does not require the child to create an account, enter personal details, or communicate with other users.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

FunPhone may allow a parent to set up local app preferences such as:

• A parental PIN used to lock and unlock the App and to exit Toddler Mode
• Screen time limits and daily usage settings
• App preferences (e.g., sound on/off, selected learning modules)

This information is stored locally on your device and is used solely to operate the parental control features of the App. We do not collect names, photos, contact details, or any other personally identifiable information about your child.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

FunPhone may collect limited, non-personal technical information to keep the App running smoothly and to fix bugs, such as:

• Device type and operating system version
• App crash and performance data
• General usage statistics (e.g., which learning module is opened), which do not identify any individual

This information, if collected, is aggregated and anonymized, and is never used to build a profile of a child.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not:

• Collect your child's name, date of birth, email, or location
• Allow children to create accounts or profiles
• Enable chat, messaging, or any form of communication between users

3. How the Parental PIN Works

To protect children from accessing settings, exiting the learning environment, or making unintended changes, FunPhone includes a Parental PIN system:

• Parents set a PIN when configuring the App.
• The PIN is required to:
  • Open the main App outside of Toddler Mode
  • Change settings such as screen time limits
  • Exit Toddler Mode and return to the Home screen or device navigation
  • Unlock the App and phone navigation once the daily screen time limit is reached
• The PIN is stored securely on the device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.

4. Toddler Mode

When a parent activates Toddler Mode, the App enters a simplified, locked-down environment designed specifically for young children:

• All other app features, settings, and device navigation are hidden.
• The child can only access four learning sections: Alphabets, Numbers, Shapes, and Colors, each supported with audio/sound to aid learning.
• The child cannot exit Toddler Mode, go back, or access the Home screen or any other part of the device without the parent entering the correct PIN.
• If a daily screen time limit set by the parent is reached, the App automatically locks the learning screen and prompts for the Parental PIN to unlock the App and regain access to phone navigation.

Toddler Mode does not collect any personal data from the child during use. It functions as a closed, distraction-free environment controlled entirely by the parent.

5. Screen Time Controls

Parents can set daily screen time limits within the App. This feature:

• Operates entirely on-device
• Does not send usage data to external servers
• Is intended to help parents manage healthy screen habits for their children

6. Third-Party Services

FunPhone does not integrate third-party advertising networks or analytics services that collect personal information from children. If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and such services will be configured to comply with COPPA and other child-privacy laws.
