Welcome to Lolysta Express. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the information of our Users and Drivers when you use our mobile application and related services. By signing up or using the App, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Information We Collect

For Drivers:

• Full name, phone number, and email address
• Government-issued identity card (CNIC/ID)
• Driving license
• Vehicle image and vehicle registration number
• Bank/Stripe account details for payout processing
• Real-time location during active rides

For Users:

• Full name, phone number, and email address
• Pickup and drop-off location data
• Payment information processed securely via Stripe
• Ride history and trip details

2. Driver Verification & Admin Review

All drivers must upload their identity card, driving license, and vehicle details during signup. Our admin team manually reviews these documents before approving any driver account. Drivers cannot log in, accept rides, or receive payouts until their profile is verified and approved.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To verify driver identity and eligibility to operate on the platform
• To match riders with nearby available drivers
• To send ride request notifications to drivers
• To calculate ride distance (KM) and fare amount
• To process payments and manage driver wallet balances
• To calculate applicable taxes and net earnings for drivers
• To process withdrawal requests to a driver's linked Stripe account
• To display ride history including completed and cancelled rides

4. Payments & Wallet

Once a ride is completed, the fare is calculated based on the distance travelled. Users pay through the app, and the corresponding amount (after applicable taxes/commission) is credited to the driver's in-app wallet. Drivers can view their total earnings, tax deductions, and net received amount, and may request a withdrawal to their connected Stripe account at any time.

5. Ride History

Both Users and Drivers can view their recent ride activity, including rides that are ongoing, completed, or cancelled, along with fare and trip details for each ride.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, identity documents, and payment information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, and we do not store raw card details on our servers.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payments) strictly to operate core app functionality, or when required by law.

8. Your Rights

You may request to update, correct, or delete your account information at any time by contacting our support team, subject to any legal or operational requirements to retain certain records (e.g. completed ride/payment history).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
